BoomBet Terms and Conditions — Plain Language for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BoomBet ("the Platform", "we", "us") when you register an account at boombet.biz. By completing registration and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything written here. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not proceed with registration.

BoomBet operates exclusively for players accessing the platform in accordance with their local jurisdiction's rules. These Terms have been written with Pakistani players in mind, with PKR as the operating currency and local payment methods as the primary transactional channels.

1. Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document. Understanding them will help you read the rest of the Terms clearly.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a BoomBet account, the following eligibility conditions must all be met at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BoomBet is strictly an adult platform. Registrations by persons under 18 are prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection, with all associated funds forfeited.
• You must be registering as a real individual in your own name. Corporate registrations, agent accounts, and registrations under another person's identity are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from accessing online gaming services.
• You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not currently be under a self-exclusion period on BoomBet or any affiliated platform.

One Account Per Player

BoomBet strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is considered a breach of these Terms.

If duplicate accounts are detected, BoomBet will close all but one (at its discretion), void any bonus funds across duplicate accounts, and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account should contact support immediately.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you register at BoomBet, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. This information must match your official identity documents. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. BoomBet will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or chat. If you receive any communication asking for your login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support@boombet.biz immediately.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any other person who accesses it with your credentials — is your responsibility. BoomBet is not liable for losses resulting from shared login details, weak passwords, or failure to log out on shared devices.

4. Deposits

All deposits at BoomBet are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. BoomBet does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside BoomBet's control.

Accepted deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted and will be reversed.

Deposits are credited to your BoomBet balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, contact live chat with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate within the hour.

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 500
• Maximum single deposit: as displayed in your account cashier
• Deposits must be from accounts in your own name
• BoomBet deposits do not incur platform-side fees
• Deposits cannot be reversed once confirmed and credited

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at BoomBet are processed in PKR and sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies to all accounts.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. BoomBet charges no withdrawal fee. Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 10 to 15 minutes. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). This is a one-time requirement. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals process without additional document requests unless your account details change or BoomBet's compliance team flags a review.

Withdrawal requests submitted while a bonus wagering requirement is incomplete will be rejected and the player notified. Complete the wagering requirement before requesting the withdrawal, or contact support to discuss forfeiting the bonus and withdrawing real-money balance only.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BoomBet offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be bet the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the Promotions page.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards clearing a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 10–20%. Table games and certain specialty games may contribute at different rates. The specific contribution rates are displayed per promotion.
• Expiry: All bonus funds have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonus Abuse: BoomBet uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive a single-use bonus more than once, placing bets that exploit the bonus structure rather than normal gameplay, and participating in linked wagering through multiple accounts. Any account found abusing bonuses will have winnings voided and the account closed.
• Welcome Bonus: The BoomBet welcome bonus is available to new registrations only, on the first qualifying deposit. It cannot be claimed more than once per player, household, IP address, or payment method.

7. Gameplay Rules

BoomBet offers a variety of game types including online slots, live casino table games, virtual sports, and esports betting. Each game category operates under its own specific rules which are displayed within the game itself or in the game's information panel. These overarching gameplay terms apply across all categories.

BoomBet's gaming systems are designed to prevent errors in bet placement and result calculation. However, in the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection, software error, or system failure — the following applies:

• If a bet was placed and accepted before a technical fault, and the result was determined by the game engine before the fault, the result stands and will be reflected in your account once connectivity is restored.
• If a game round did not complete due to a technical fault on BoomBet's side, and neither outcome nor result was determined, the bet amount will be refunded to your account balance.
• BoomBet is not responsible for losses caused by your own internet disconnection, device failure, or power outage during a game round.

Bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface. Placing bets above the stated maximum is not possible through normal gameplay. In the rare event a system error allows an above-limit bet to be placed, BoomBet reserves the right to void the excess portion of the bet and return the overage to your balance.

8. Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy

BoomBet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following actions constitute a breach of fair play and will result in immediate account suspension and potential voiding of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with BoomBet games or place bets
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collaboration provides an unfair advantage
• Exploiting known software bugs or errors for financial gain — these must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulating the outcome of any event BoomBet offers markets on
• Attempting to defraud BoomBet through false chargebacks, reverse payments, or fraudulent payment methods
• Providing false KYC documents to circumvent identity verification

9. Responsible Gaming

BoomBet takes responsible gaming seriously. Every registered player has access to the following self-management tools, which can be activated directly from account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when lowering them; increases take 7 days to come into effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on the amount you can lose in a given period. Once reached, further bets are declined until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder that notifies you after a specified time playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Temporary exclusion options range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account and BoomBet will not accept a new registration from the same person.

10. Account Closure

Players may close their BoomBet account at any time by contacting support@boombet.biz. Before closure is completed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

BoomBet reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Player request for self-exclusion
• Player inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

Dormant Accounts: Accounts inactive for 12 months will be flagged as dormant. BoomBet will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Players can reactivate a dormant account by simply logging in and completing a new KYC check if required.

11. Limitation of Liability

BoomBet provides its gaming services on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure platform uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance and emergency technical work may cause temporary unavailability — players will be notified in advance wherever possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BoomBet's total liability to any player in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds currently held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

BoomBet is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the player's own internet connectivity issues
• Errors in bet placement by the player
• Third-party financial institution processing delays
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses

12. Changes to These Terms

BoomBet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to the address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you continue to use BoomBet after the stated effective date of the changes, you are considered to have accepted the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which BoomBet operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved through BoomBet's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance before any external proceedings are initiated.
